Presentation: The Revised BMUD Zoning Ordinance for properties along Broadway

As part of the Broadway Corridor Redevelopment Study, the City and CRA team with their planning consultants from Dover, Kohl & Partners will present the draft of the revised zoning ordinance for properties facing Broadway Boulevard from 24th Street to 59th streets.  The modifications are the result of the many comments and ideas that were received during previous workshops and meetings.  Please plan to attend.  This will be an opportunity to receive an overview of the changes and to offer additional comments prior to the draft appearing before the City’s Planning Board on November 9, 2024.
